Please allow up to 4 days for your orders to ship via Bpost. We use Bpost to ship all our orders. If you are not available, Bpost will leave an airway bill so you can contact them to reschedule the delivery. Please note that we are unable to change the shipping address of your order once it has been dispatched. We do not deliver during weekends and national holidays. Once your order leaves Simple Kids, it is out of our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For countries in EU, all products are submitted to Belgium VAT of 21%. The VAT is included in the prices displayed on the webstore. All countries out of EU are submitted to custom charge. As the receiver, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Payment of these taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges.
