We will not accept any returns that have been worn, washed or damaged.
- The items must be provided by their original labels.
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs.
- Returns are out of our control until arrived at our main office in Wilrijk.
- Please send us a mail with your order number and the reason you want to return or change the article.
- Please re-use the original packing provided.
- When you send back the articles, please make sure to put the original invoice in the package.
- Your account will be refunded within 3-10 days of receipt of your item(s).
- All returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- For exchanges, please send back the item and reorder the item in an other size.
